This Privacy Policy applies to OCCA Dance, published on the App Store by OCCA Communities Association (“OCCA”, “we”, “us”).
OCCA Dance is built by students in OCCA’s app-development program and published under OCCA’s developer account. It collects only what it needs to
work.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email, a display name, and a password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Content — for admins, the images and videos uploaded as dance lessons/courses.
• Basic technical/diagnostic data to operate and fix the app. We use no third-party advertising or tracking.

Specific to OCCA Dance: the app stores and serves uploaded images and videos (dance lessons and courses) so
users can watch the learning content they access.

How we use your information

• To deliver the dance lessons and courses you access.
• To keep the app secure and fix problems.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

How information is shared

• Hosting — the app runs on cloud servers (Microsoft Azure) that store data on our behalf.
• Legal — if required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Email support@occabc.com to view or delete your
data.

Children’s privacy

This app may be used by children. We collect only the minimal data described above, never use it for advertising, and a parent or guardian may
contact support@occabc.com to review or delete information.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect
your data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
